Kumquat Parfet SET with Japanese Black Tea

A rich layer of kumquat compote and ripe kumquat produced in Miyazaki Prefecture.
The kumquat compote and kumquat are piled up abundantly. The kumquat and kumquat compote are layered together. The Japanese black tea agar is decorated with the flowery aroma of Gokase black tea, which is directly trapped in the agar. On the right side is a Sencha cake, and in the center is a layer of Tokachi milk ice cream, citrus bean paste, cacao mascarpone cheese cream, and kintoki-mame (kidney beans).
The fresh sourness, sweetness and aroma of the dried tangerine and kumquat on the top go well with the Gokase black tea.

Rice cakes with grated radish sprouts

2,500 yen (tax included)

Sprouted brown rice cake produced in Echigo, Niigata Prefecture, baked to a fragrant aroma. Mimorette cheese is hidden inside the rice cake, and Mimasaka-bancha tea and suji green laver are garnished on top.

Kumquat zenzai

Miyazaki kumquat compote is combined with Tokachi azuki beans. The variety used is “Tamatama”. The kumquat is picked when fully ripe, so it has less acidity and is sweeter and richer. The baked rice cake is made from “Kogane-mochi,” the highest grade of glutinous rice. You can taste the sweetness of the mochi rice with its firmness and elasticity.

Strawberry White Dumplings

Seasonal strawberries are combined with grains of sweet bean paste to make strawberry red bean paste. Serve with freshly boiled shiratama and mascarpone cheese in between.

Colorful oden

3,000 yen (tax included)

Rice is available for an additional 300 yen.

Oden is made from ingredients the owner has encountered. Served with wasabi-zuke and mustard, and rice with greens if you like.

Please choose from tea, sake with tea, or hot sake.


Spiced curry

3,000 yen (tax included)

Spices in a tea-friendly formula. You will enjoy a black rice spiced curry with seasonal vegetables. There are two types of curry, spicy and non-spicy, so please choose whichever you prefer.

You can choose your favorite tea from the tea menu.
