Kumquat Parfait

¥3,000

Made with an abundance of fully ripened Miyazaki kumquats (Tamamatsu variety), prized for their high natural sweetness and enjoyed whole, skin and all.
Hokkaido-grown lily bulbs are turned into a smooth bean paste and delicately layered with kumquat compote.
At the center, Tokachi Alps Farm(in Hokkaido) milk ice cream and dried mandarin add depth, while black tea jelly and sencha cake are served alongside.
Hidden within are layers of citrus bean paste, cocoa mascarpone cream, okara (soy pulp) cookies, and adzuki beans coated with roasted buckwheat tea.
Enjoy the harmony of flavors, especially when paired with black tea.

Tea Pairing: Black Tea , Gokase / Yamanami (Miyazaki prefecture / cultivars)
A floral aroma with honey-like sweetness, beautifully complementing the bright acidity of kumquat.
“Yamanami” was developed from native tea seeds originally brought from Hubei Province, China.


Apple Parfait

This parfait is lavishly made with the ultimate honeyed apple, “Komitsu,” and “Kōgyoku” apples.
The upper layers feature decorative cuts of Komitsu apple, Kōgyoku apple compote, milk ice cream, apple cheesecake, apple kanten jelly, and Kōgyoku apple sorbet.
The lower layers include raspberry cream, chunky sweet red bean paste with apple, and butter made from Tokachi Brown Swiss cow’s milk.
Please enjoy it together with a floral-scented tea.

Snow of Spring

Hokkaido-grown lily bulbs and chunky adzuki bean paste are blended into a delicate kinton.
Savor the gentle sweetness unique to lily bulbs and the wholesome depth of beans with their texture preserved.

Kazahana

¥2,500

Begin by enjoying a cup of tea adorned with floating tea blossoms (ChabanaTea).
The confection features layers of sweet adzuki bean paste and fresh strawberries sandwiched between soft karukan (a steamed sponge cake made with Japanese yam).
Please savor it alongside the fragrant tea.

Confection Name | Kazahana (Wind-blown Snow):On a clear day, snow may flutter like falling petals—this is called “Kazahana.”

Tea Pairing
The Kazahana Set offers a selection of two teas:

  • Chabana Tea: A light, delicate infusion made from tea blossoms—the flowers of the tea plant—combined with sencha.
  • Kamairicha (Pan-Fired Japanese Green Tea) (Rare Tea).
    Ureshino / Fujikaori (Saga prefecture / cultivars):
    An elegant floral aroma and a refined, dignified character.

Kōri no Hana

The steamed confection “Kōri no Hana” (Ice Flower) is inspired by the delicate frost crystals that appear at the base of dried shimo-bashira stems on winter mornings, resembling threads of silk.
Shimo-bashira, which also blooms as a tea flower, produces white flowers in autumn and forms these mysterious ice crystals only on the coldest mornings.

The Kōri no Hana Set includes two teas
・Matcha “Yui” – From Uji, Kyoto, this matcha offers a fresh, vibrant aroma and a clean, gentle finish.
Kamairicha (Rare Tea) , Koseto / Koju(Shizuoka prefecture / cultivaars)– Delicate and refreshing, with a fragrant note reminiscent of white grapes, a soft sweetness, and a quietly lingering fruity finish.


Haru no Kizashi

A simple and gentle cheesecake paired with baked and jammed apples, evoking the hopeful light of early spring.

Yuzu Manjū

A soft manjū made from Japanese yam (tsukune-imo) dough, generously flavored with yuzu peel and filled with smooth white bean paste. Enjoy it warm, freshly steamed.

Soy Milk Shiruko with sweet squash paste

Freshly boiled shiratama rice dumplings are served atop Tokachi adzuki bean paste and pumpkin–chestnut paste, then drizzled with frothy soy milk whisked like matcha.

Baked Pear Pastry

A simple baked confection designed to pair perfectly with steamed Japanese green tea.
Featuring fragrant Yamagata-grown pears and almond flour, this pastry brings out a rich, toasty aroma. It’s served with a unique combination of black tea bean paste and honey mascarpone cream for a delightful contrast.

Served with pear and lightly fermented sparkling tea, allowing you to enjoy the aromas of autumn.

Mizore Mochi

Roasted sprouted brown rice mochi filled with Mimolette cheese, served in a thickened broth made with Yoshino kudzu. Enjoy the subtle aromas of grated daikon, green laver seaweed (sujiaonori), and Mimasaka bancha tea as you savor each bite.

Amazake・Arare・Hojicha(Roasted Green Tea)

Our Amazake is a traditional koji-based brew that draws out the natural sweetness of rice without added sugars. Made with care using time-honored techniques to preserve its fragrant, roasted flavor. Served with additive-free Arare (thin baked or fried mochi) and handmade wasanbon (fine-grained Japanese sugar confection) from our shop.

Rice cakes and laver

Tuna Rice Bowl with Misaki-Maguro (Local Specialty Tuna from Misaki Port)

Tuna comes from Minato Fish Wholesaler, seaweed from Numatanori, and vegetables from Takanashi Farm. Please enjoy this luxurious tuna bowl made with the finest ingredients.

The set includes a choice of tea, tea cocktails, or sake as your beverage of choice.


Spicy curry or Mild curry

Spices in a tea-friendly formula. You will enjoy a black rice spiced curry with seasonal vegetables. There are two types of curry, spicy and mild, so please choose whichever you prefer.

You can choose your favorite tea from the tea menu.

Black Tea Chicken Plate with Seasonal Vegetables

We offer a daily selection of small “tea-inspired dishes,” such as teriyaki chicken made with Ureshino black tea, seasoned rice mixed with Shizuoka sencha, and side dishes that combine tea leaves with the gentle tartness of pickled plum.

You may choose your preferred tea for the set from our tea menu.
