Ozōni ( Japanese New Year’s soup with mochi )

This ozōni is a white miso–based soup made with bonito and kelp dashi.
The soup contains mochi, ebi-imo (a type of taro), carrots, and turnips.
You may choose your preferred tea.


Hanabira-Mochi ( a traditional Japanese New Year sweet shaped like a flower petal)

The uirō dough is filled with miso, white bean paste, and sweetened burdock root.
Enjoy it together with creamy matcha-Enishi


Osechi(traditional Japanese New Year dishes)

Two kinds of Misaki tuna, local octopus, Shizuoka Kamaboko (fish cake), Datemaki and Nishiki Tamago, lucky soybeans, black soybeans, kumquats, Shogoin turnip pickles, and Hokkaido salmon roe.

You may choose one alcoholic beverage and one type of tea of your preference.


Apple Parfait

This parfait is lavishly made with the ultimate honeyed apple, “Komitsu,” and “Kōgyoku” apples.
The upper layers feature decorative cuts of Komitsu apple, Kōgyoku apple compote, milk ice cream, apple cheesecake, apple kanten jelly, and Kōgyoku apple sorbet.
The lower layers include raspberry cream, chunky sweet red bean paste with apple, and butter made from Tokachi Brown Swiss cow’s milk.
Please enjoy it together with a floral-scented tea.

Soy Milk Shiratama Zenzai with Chestnut Paste

Freshly boiled shiratama dumplings are served atop Tokachi-produced chunky sweet red bean paste and chestnut paste made with candied chestnuts, then finished with light, fluffy soy milk foam whisked with a tea whisk.

The tea recommended as part of the set is Asatsuyu, a cultivar often referred to as “natural gyokuro,” from Ureshino, Saga Prefecture.

It offers an elegant balance of sweetness and umami, a deep, verdant flavor, and a fresh aroma reminiscent of young green soybeans.

We highly recommend enjoying it together with the shiratama.


Sweet Mashed Pumpkin Dumpling

We’ve made the most of the natural sweetness and fluffy texture of pumpkin from Miura, crafting it into a kinton filled with Tokachi-grown chunky red bean paste. Please enjoy it together with this tea, noted for its mellow, gentle sweetness and an aroma that blends tropical fruit–like sweetness with the roasty fragrance of hōjicha.

Yamatsuto: Chestnut Kinton (Sweet Mashed Chestnuts)

Made with chestnuts from Ibaraki Prefecture, this confection features two types of chestnut paste, with chunky sweet red bean paste from Tokachi at the center.
Its freshly made, delicate texture and rich chestnut aroma gently fill the mouth, offering a moment of pure delight.
It pairs beautifully with a fragrant roasted sencha.

Yuzu Mochi

Dōmyōji mochi infused with a rich, fragrant yuzu aroma is paired with Tokachi-produced chunky sweet red bean paste.
Its harmony with tea offers a gentle and comforting experience.

Spices in a tea-friendly formula. You will enjoy a black rice spiced curry with seasonal vegetables. There are two types of curry, spicy and mild, so please choose whichever you prefer.
